To lodge a new CorridorAccess enquiry, log in and click the New Enquiry button on the Console screen dashboard:
Tip: If you cannot see this button after logging in, it is probably because your account needs validating. Please log out, validate your account, and then log in again.
Next, fill out the details of the work that you are doing. If you need assistance, pop-ups appear when you click into each field describing the information we need.

Once the Enquiry Details are filled out correctly, click Next. You will then be taken to the Location screen:
Here you need to search for the location you need plans for. You can search via Street address, Intersection or XY-Coordinates. After clicking Search, a map of the site will load. Use the drawing tools down the left side of the map to designate your work area. For more detailed information see our How to use the Location screen article.
Once you have found your location and drawn the area on the map, click Submit. This will send the information to all Road Authorities registered with our service, who will then respond directly to you.
