How to reset my password & username

If you are already registered with CorridorAccess but have forgotten your login credentials, they can be reset by clicking the links underneath the login fields.

If you're unsure of your username, click the Forgot your username link:

The "Forgot your username" page will appear. Provide your email address and click Send email:

You will receive an email listing the username(s) matching your email address. Once you know your username you can then use it to log in, or to help you reset your password.

For passwords, click the  Forgot your password link

The "Forgot your password" page will appear. Type in your username and then click Reset password:

You will be emailed with a link to click so you can create a new password for yourself. This will need to be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of upper case, lower case, and numerical characters.

Tips:

• If your email address has changed, please contact our Help Desk on 0800 248 344 so an operator can securely retrieve your login details over the phone.
• Once you have logged in, you are welcome to update your login credentials at any time by going to your Account settings. Click here for more information on editing your Account details.
