Click the Account button after logging into CorridorAccess.
This will load up the Account window. Update the relevant fields, then click Update to save them, or Cancel to leave without saving:
Changes to the basic contact information will be shown on the Details panel on the left side of the Console screen.
- If the first and last name, company name, or email address are changed, a new Customer ID number will be generated.
- If the email address is changed, a New User Registration email will automatically be sent out to you to re-verify the new email and your account. After updating, log out of beforeUdig and locate the email in your inbox. After clicking the verification link, you will be able to log in again and resume submitting enquiries.
