After submitting your enquiry, you will be taken to the Summary screen:
This displays:
- The job number of the enquiry
- The job's enquiry details
- The registered contacted Road Authorities' sequence numbers and phone numbers
- If a Road Authority is not listed here that you were expecting to see, it may indicate that they are not registered with the service. Please use the telephone directory to contact them directly to obtain confirmation.
As well as options to go to:
- Print View: click this button to see a Print View version of the Summary page
- Permits:
- Permit Monitor: use this button to open PermitMonitor
- CAR History: use this button to open CAR History
Details of your application and your contact information will be passed onto all Road Authorities who are signed up to the CorridorAccess service. You will be advised via email and the CorridorAccess site when your request has been received by the Road Authority. You will then receive pre-requisite documents for your review and response.
Important: you must not close any part of the road until you have had your Corridor Access Request approved.
To exit the Summary page, click the Home button at the top right of the screen:
Once the job has processed, a confirmation email will also be sent to you, containing a copy of your enquiry confirmation:
A Road Authority has not responded, what can I do?
You should contact any Road Controlling Authority listed on your Caller Confirmation advice who have failed to respond to your application within two clear business working days of lodging your enquiry. Use the contact phone number provided against each authority and quote the relevant job number.
