If you need to resubmit a previous location (e.g. if a new permit is needed for the same road section), this can be done by going to your CorridorAccess Enquiry History and locating the old enquiry. Resubmitting an enquiry will create a new permit request for all notified Road Authorities for the previous location.
The Resubmit button appears on the Job Summary screen:
Note: If you cannot see the Resubmit button, this may be because:
- The job was lodged long ago and has now been archived. You will need to lodge a new enquiry instead.
- Your account may not have been validated yet, preventing you from resubmitting the job.
The resubmitted job's Enquiry Details screen will automatically populate to be the same as the previous enquiry, except the dates, which will need to be entered again. The other fields on this screen can also be altered if required. If you are intending to generate a new CAR Application, ensure you leave the "CAR Requests" field blank.
On the Location screen, you will not be able to edit the map area or the site address, but you can add extra Notes/Description of Works details if required. If you need to change the map or the address, you will need to lodge a new enquiry instead.
After submitting the enquiry, the confirmation sheet will be sent to whichever email you currently have on your account (regardless of where the original job was sent, if your contact details have changed). New CAR applications will be generated for the notified Road Authorities.
